Product Development Process
Continuous casting
High Vacuum continuous casting
Process by melting the raw material to ≥5N (99.999%) purity, using high frequency continuous casting furnace.
Different types of wires are produced by adding the desired alloy elements, product type manufacturing are according to customers requirements and demands.
Maintaining consistent and standard alloy composition.
Product output at 8mm diameter wire through continuous casting method.
Wire drawing process
Reducing Wire diameter to a certain size using different ranges of DIES, wire diameter are gradually reduced by continuously passing through each Dies.
It needs 120 different sizes of process dies to complete a final product of 18um.
Common processing technique by elongating the wire.
Providing the final desired diameter for each customers requirement.
Wire Annealing process
The process which regaining the natural grain structure of the wire, getting back to its normal formation after receiving long accumulated stress during drawing process. Also this process convey with the desired Mechanical property of the wire which according to the customers demand.
By attaining the desired intensity of the wire Breaking Load and elongation heat treatment method is being applied, control in temperature and speed are essential to attained the required mechanical property of the wire.
Fundamental process in achieving the wire bonding characteristics.
